Della Baker daughter of Lydia Jane Kennedy Baker and Effie Watts 1871-1898. Effie Watts is the daughter George Watts and Martha Kennedy. Seven children were born to this union. Martha Kennedy Watts (1851-1884) died and George Watts married Martha's sister Anzilla Kennedy (1857-1924) and six children were born to this union.
