They had the following children, Della 1870, William 1871, Thomas 1874, David 1875, Rhoda 1877, Sylvia 1878, Samuel 1880, Lydia (Idro) 1882, Zella 1886, Vernon 1888, Hertha 1890. Otho Walter Kennedy born 1878 to Thomas Shanks Kennedy and Frances Monnette. Orto married Edna Burk and had one child Paul Kennedy born 1914.
